At da attitude, our objective is also to touch people’s lives positively and to building and maintain relationships. Which applies to any person who avail our services and our clienteles . The relationship is based on shared goals & common objectives.
Da attitude is the brain child of Nidhish P Kavinnamannil. Nidhish is a M. A, M.B.A – Advertising and Public Relations Professional with over 9 years of diverse experience in Organizations, who believed in creativity can provide solutions to all challenges in this world .
Our Beliefs: It is our belief that to function at peak levels, work groups and task forces must have people who possess da attitude. Da attitude to make a difference in their life and others.. Da attitude to have a highest benchmark and consistently work towards achieving it. It is our belief that organizations work best when their work is simple, sincere and straightforward. Da Attitude Solutions - War not a battle
The War is declared
The War is declared….not a battle no it aint… but a war so massive that it could consume the world… call it another World War . The moment of glory and anticipation is here. Is this a moment of silence or should it be a moment to Rejoice in this presence… Lets just applaud in agreement for the war it is to begin aint with guns and bombs, or even tear gas…but purely a war for acquiring new talent.
Days are here where mankind is not just smarter and stronger but have grown just farther more than any science or measurement tool could analyze or define. It a new breed which is in the making, each and every organization in this world wants skill and knowledge, Yet competence alone now is just a cliché. It is not only just easier to find, it is not adding any value anymore to organizations. Organizations now are in need and in look out for individuals or employees who can be part of their system, who will come to create a wave, with their presence and personality. A wave in the graph which stays up in the graph of performance along with competence which is just a minimum criteria to meet.
The word for this presence and personality could be interpreted as charisma; some disagree some say it’s not really charisma they look for but an accountable employee to become an asset. Many management gurus who have passed generation have given several terms and names for it, some said an assertive and smart communicators are the type which every organization need. Some mentioned good people management and communication are the types companies need. Well every organization and entrepreneurs did use their manhunt quite effectively to ensure all the above mentioned are selected and recruited, yet the question arise are each organization just happy with the type of manpower they have who meet the so called definitions. Does the organization has that individual or Teams (group of individuals) who are creating the wave in the industry, who just don’t follow culture but dare enough to create a new one and just out shine. Is innovation the most preached word is being implemented??. It aint an cynicism that I mean to project, definitely there are organizations who are innovative, there are organization with the most charismatic leaders and individuals who have succeeded in outshining. I am just trying to define this exploration in this moment of war that has been declared. We have observed, and have agreed upon in many organization especially larger ones many talents suffer, at times the employees who are the biggest assets are ignored and at many times we lose them to a competitor.
So what is that factor, what is the quality or the word to define that these people have?? Is it Leadership? Well yes you are right but I beg to disagree when we say leadership is a system, or a method, or a practice, or a habit. I might also ask for forgiveness if I disagree that the there are born leaders and built leaders. Let me be articulate when I say this, I don’t mean that Leadership cant be learnt or be born with along with the personality, I am just saying leadership does not need to be built or learnt it is already inside each and every one of us which comes under the a simple term called as Da attitude, the attitude which supersedes everything else which can just create miracles in any circumstance what so ever.
A professor once mentioned:
Skill X Knowledge = Competence
Competence X Da attitude = Performance*
*Performance of not just the individual but of the organization itself.
Surprising for a few when I may address this, yet leadership is not a rocket science, it’s purely an attitude.
